Land Acquisition

Secure the lot with a purchase contract or land loan. We can fund acquisition as part of the overall deal.

Permitting & Plans

Finalize architecture, engineer reports, and pull all necessary permits. We'll review for loan documentation.

Construction Draws

Phased funding released at construction milestones—foundation, framing, rough-in, drywall, final. Inspections before each draw.

Certificate of Occupancy

Project completion, final inspection, and receipt of CO. Construction loan moves to exit phase.

Exit Strategy

Sell for profit, or refinance into a DSCR loan and hold as a rental. We can do both on the same day.
